Hi there
Thank you for making time to read our latest newsletter here, we are looking forward to telling you about the many activities and events we have been involved with so far this year as we build our brand values and unique services deeper into the marketplace.
As you may know, TECHGIANT is a very different type of IT Consultancy, we deliver unbiased advice and recommendations through our extensive knowledge of the vendor landscapes and ingrained understanding of what enterprise organisations actually want and need today to help support high-impact transformation across the UK domestic and international operations.
In short, we guarantee your buyer certainty by bringing the marketplace to you. Delivering evidence backed consultation, and presenting shortlists based on our advisory services, which again are totally neutral in terms of the vast global choice organisations face today.

NATIONAL SURVEY RESULTS
THE NATIONAL SURVEY
ICT PLANNING & PROCUREMENT
Many of you took part in our National Survey to understand how ICT planning and procurement may have changed since the COVID 19 Pandemic. We would like to again thank those who responded to this valuable piece of work.
The survey was aimed at those directly responsible or influential in the planning of future ICT investments and included personnel in Procurement, IT Operations and also key CxO positions.
With the support of Jabra, the project ran over a 6 month period from October 2022 up until April 2023, and all Respondents answers were anonymised in the interest of maintaining confidentiality.
Below are a few summary highlights of our findings - the full report is available to you upon request.
-
Over 600 Respondents from IT Operations, Procurement and CxO positions took part in this critical evaluation of how the focus and approach has changed across the enterprise
-
A range of simple but effective questioning was asked of our Respondents, all designed to better understand the change in focus, sponsor and evaluation for future ICT projects
-
There are some significant patterns developing around how differently some organisations are now beginning to think post COVID
-
There were also some worrying signs that perhaps complacency and shadow IT may be on the rise across some organisations too
